3. Refund Calculation

Refund amounts will be calculated based on your service usage during the subscription period. The final refund amount will exclude service fees, technical charges, and any applicable taxes. If you have used a significant portion of the service features or resources, the refund amount may be adjusted accordingly.

4. Processing Period

Once approved, refunds typically require 7 business days to process. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or banking institution.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Add-on services or features purchased separately
  • Subscription fees for accounts that have violated our Terms & Conditions
  • Transaction fees and currency conversion charges
  • Subscriptions that have been active for more than 7 days
6. Special Circumstances

In cases of service outages, technical issues, or other exceptional circumstances that significantly impact your ability to use our services, FotoBill may consider refund requests outside the standard policy on a case-by-case basis. Documentation of the issue may be required.
